Historical city of Kanpur creates history by organizing first National Tax Conference at Kanpur: Samir Jani, National President, All India Federation

Dt. 28/04/2025: All India Federation-North Zone jointly with Kanpur Income Tax Bar Association, Kanpur Chartered Accountants Society,  Kanpur GST (CA) Association, Tax bar Association Kanpur & Sales Tax Bar Association organized a National Tax Conference “Gyan Sangrah” at Merchant Chamber of Uttar Pradesh, Kanpur on 26th and 27th of April 2025. The inaugural session was graced by Justice Vivek Birla sitting judge of Allahabad High Court as chief guest & Justice Alok Mathur Judge High Court, Lucknow bench, as Guest of Honour,  National President Shri Samir Jani attended the NTC as special guest. The NTC was also attended by past presidents Premlata Bansal, S. Srinivas Rao, Nikitaben Badheka, Pankaj Ghiya, AIFTP present office bearers Dy President S. Venkatramani, Secretary General Santosh Gupta-Nagpur, Treasurer Bhashkar Patel, members of National Executive Comittee (NEC) of AIFTP.

The inaugural session was greeted by words of wisdom from Chief Guest and Guest of Honour. Inaugural session was followed by five technical session which covered various important subjects on taxation like Departmental audit under GST, Amendments in Income Tax Act, Capital Gain, Search and Block Assessment, Seizure of vehicle under GST, Issues in charitable & Religious trust & Proposed Income Tax Bill. CA S Venkatramani, CA A K Shrivastava, Adv. V P Gupta, CA Prashanth GS, CA Anchal Kapur, CA Rajesh Mehta, CA Rohit Kapoor, Dr Hemant Modh delivered their valuable views on the above subjects. Adv. Prem Lata Bansal, Adv. Nikita Badheka, CA Akshay Gupta chaired the session on these various subjects. Adv. O P Shukla, Adv. Anand Kumar Panday, Adv. Santoshkumar Gupta, Kanpur and the office bearers, Committee members collective efforts lead to create the history to organize first of the National Tax Conference at this historic city of Kanpur.
