AIFTP-Central Zone organized 2 days residential National Tax Conference at Radisson, Nathwara

Dt. 05.02.2025: All India Federation of Tax Practitioners, the largest body of Tax Professionals of the country had organized a two day National Tax Conference (NTC) at holy city of Nathdwara on 01st and 02nd February 2025. The Conference was organized by the Central Zone of the Federation in association with the Rajasthan Tax Consultants Association. The Conference was attended by National President Adv. Samir Jani along with Secretary General Adv. Santosh Gupta, Treasurer Adv. Bhashkar Patel, Past Presidents Adv. M.L. Patodi, Adv. M.S. Srinivas Rao, Adv. Nikita Badheka, Adv. Pankaj Ghiya along with many luminaries consisting of Chartered Accountants, Advocates and Tax Consultants. The Conferece started with the screening of live Budget Speech by the Finance Minister followed by Inaugural Session which was greeted by the presence of Sitting Judge of Nathdwara Court as Chief guest and National President Adv. Samir S Jani as Guest of Honour. CA Anil Mathur from Jaipur shared his knowledge on Recent issues on Reassessment under Income Tax Act. The session was chaired by Adv. Bhashkar Patel from Baroda. Adv. Mukul Gupta from Gaziabad shared his wisdom on Critical issues under Goods and Service Tax and the session was chaired by Adv. Nikita Badheka, Mumbai. Second day of the conference consisted Session on Budget amendments on Income Tax by CA Deepak Shah from Mumbai and CA Palak Pavagadhi from Ahmedabad. The session was chaired by Sr. Adv. Sanjiv Johri, Jodhpur. Adv. Pankaj Ghiya, Jaipur and Tax Consultant Ameet Dave, Indore shared their wisdom by discussing the amendments on Goods & Service Tax Act, 2017 in Budget 2025. The session was chaired by Adv M L Patodi, Kota. The last session was Brain Trust Session where Young brigade consisting of CA Ribhav Ghiya, Adv. Arpit Mathur, Adv. Laxman Kashyap and Adv. Hemand Gargiya shared there views on Taxation and allied laws. The session was chaired by CA Rajesh Maheta, Indore. Delegates were also felicitated with the Darshan of holy place of Shrinathji Temple. Two days National Tax Conference was attended by 188 delegates from all over the country.
