Tax Professionals gather at Ahmedabad for a Conference on Taxation organized jointly by AIFTP & TAAG
One Day conference attended by nearly 200 delegates round the country:
Dt. 15.04.2023: India’s biggest association of Tax Professionals All India Federation of Tax Practitioners and the biggest association of Tax Advocates for the state of Gujarat jointly organize one day conference on taxation. The event was organized at Chamber of Commerce Building, Ahmedabad. The program was graced by Hon’ble Justice Maunaben Bhatt, Judge Gujarat High Court as Chief Guest and CA Aniket Talati, President, ICAI as Guest of Honour. First Session was taken by CA Arpit Haldia who shared his thoughts on ITC under the current provision under GST. Second session was taken by CA Palak Pavagadhi who had delivered the lecture on Pleading in Faceless Assessment & Appeals under the Income Tax. The session was followed by the lecture of Adv. Uchit Sheth on Demand/Recovery & Search/Seizure under GST as the third technical session. Fourth technical session was graced by Senior Advocate Saurabh Soparkar sharing his view with a lecture on Sec 43CA & 50C of the Income Tax Act. The conference was attended by nearly 200 tax professionals round the country. The Conference was graced by the presence of Adv Pankaj Ghiya, President AIFTP, CA Rajesh Maheta, Secretary General, Adv Samir Jani, National Vice President-AIFTP, Adv Nitin Gautam, National Joint Secretary, Adv.
